I made 2 deposits which never showed up in my epick balance. It withdrawed from my bank account. I even sent them the screenshots of it. On December 20th and December 21st 2025, I made a(n) $10 deposit on each day. It never showed up. They give me the run around for $20. You never talk to nobody only the bot. Thats petty to suppose to be a good betting company. Other betting sites is a million time better than this

scam app. support is non existent and they don't pay you your winnings. I have 1k I can't do anything with. filing a report with the gaming commission and getting my bank involved

there's a lot left to be desired here. I'm willing to see the app through but a few things I would note: 1) the number of canceled slips vs slips that make it to a contest is about 9 to 1 for me 2) it's not a user friendly app. This app lacks in ease of use compared to other rival apps. 3) haven't tried to withdraw yet, but may increase or reduce by 1 star depending on that experience. dropping a star.
