EpiGuard Mobile brings Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) management to your daily work in the field — using the same credentials and data as your company's web system.

Ideal for safety technicians, warehouse workers, and managers who need to record deliveries, consult information, and maintain compliance even when away from the office.

KEY FEATURES

• Quick linking — Scan the QR Code generated in the web panel (Settings → Connect App) or enter the company's subdomain.

• Complete PPE delivery — Register employee, items delivered, photo as evidence, digital signature, and geolocation at the time of delivery.

• Works offline — Record deliveries without internet access. Upon reconnection, everything automatically synchronizes with the web system, without duplicating records.

• Web parity — Access the modules enabled by your plan and profile: Dashboard, Employees, Roles & PPE, Catalog, Requests, Approvals, Checklists, Inventory, Indicators, Alerts, and more (as per contract).

• Smart menus — Each feature only appears if your user role and the company plan allow it.

• Reliable synchronization — Local queue with idempotent sending: resending does not generate duplicate deliveries.

• Field data — Employees and PPE are cached on the device for consultation and delivery even without a signal.
