About this app

Rota247 is the staff app for people who work at a pub, club, cafe or restaurant running epos247. Sign in and see your own rota, book time off and clock in for your shift, without waiting for someone to check the copy pinned up in the back.

Rota247 is a companion app for venues that already use the epos247 till system. Your employer creates your staff record, and you register with the email address and PIN they give you.

YOUR SHIFTS
What you are working and when, with your role on each shift. Overnight shifts read correctly rather than stopping at midnight.

BOOK TIME OFF
Request holiday from your phone, choose the dates, and see whether it has been approved or declined along with any note from your manager.

CLOCK IN AND OUT
Start and end your shift on your phone, and look back over your recorded shift log and total worked hours. If you allow location access the venue can confirm where a shift began; decline it and clocking in still works exactly the same.

YOUR TIPS
The tips recorded against your name over the last 30 days, broken down day by day.

TO-DO LISTS
The jobs assigned to you, or to everyone on shift, ticked off as they get done.

MEMOS
Notices from your employer, with anything you have not read yet flagged.

Rota247 carries no advertising and no tracking, and your data is never sold. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.
