• The Integrated Foreign Worker Management System (ePPAx) is an online platform that provides services for employers to apply for Advance Approval to Employ Foreign Workers under Section 60K of the Labor Act 1955 covering all categories/types of non-citizen workers employed in this country.

• Starting December 2024, this system service has been extended to Private Employment Agencies (APS) for the purpose of new APS License applications, license renewals and various other related activities. This system also provides a labor complaint channeling service to make it easier for complainants, the public or third parties to file complaints in the event of non-compliance with labor laws detected in the workplace.

• The ePPAx system also integrates with several other external systems such as PERKESO ASSIST, CIDB CIMS, sipermit.id KBRI, Sistem 446 and several other systems to facilitate the Section 60K approval review process and encourage data sharing between the agencies involved.
