NextStep is designed to support young autistic people as they prepare for important transitions from school into further education, higher education, training or employment.

Created for Next Step Transitions, the app provides a simple way for young people, parents, carers and support teams to access guidance, information and support around the next stage of the learning journey.

Next Step Transitions is a not-for-profit organisation supporting young autistic people aged 14–19. The organisation provides personalised, one-to-one guidance, working with young people, parents and carers to help bridge the gap from school to the next step in education, training or employment.
