With the introduction of teleworking, it is no longer as easy to know the availability of a colleague. Is he on vacation, teleworking, traveling? This app aims to help you answer them while providing EQIOM with legally obligatory reporting on the monitoring of teleworking days carried out.
A first “Home” page allows you to view your status for the day and your various leave/rtt balances.
A second “Situations” page allows employees to communicate their situation over the next 2 weeks (Office, Traveling, Teleworking) while offering the possibility of defining a typical week.
A third “Directory” page allows everyone to consult the situation of their colleagues via a favorites system.
And finally a fourth “Team” page allows you to visualize the situation of your own team for the weeks to come.
On PC, Android Smartphone or iOS, a daily notification invites you to provide information on your situation for the next day. You will not be disturbed during your leave because the application is connected with ESS, and respects your leave periods.
