My first Eques device stopped working (camera broke when not in use). I couldn't find another device & app that worked like this one. So I bought another Eques & had a little trouble setting it up. It appears to be working now. Three months later, I charged it & now it says offline in the app, & the device has a black screen. I emailed Eques & got no answer. Will not buy again!

This app always has connectivity issues. Open the app right after receiving notification, then cannot open the video/images. All of a sudden, NO NOTIFICATIONS while on Android! WHAT'S GOING ON! I can still receive notifications on my iPhone and iPad. There's more frequent updates on iOS than Android. Wow! Now you users need to subscribe for the service???????

I've installed this device for more than a year already. Initially, it was working fine. However, for the past many months, when the PIR detection is turned on, the motion detection continuously activates every minute without any external movement outside my unit and creating a nuisance. It's also draining the battery drastically. Is there any software update to fix this issue? I'm very disappointed!!
