Equinix customers from North America, Asia Pacific (including China) and EMEA can use this app to order basic Equinix products and services.

- Place orders for Smart Hands, Work Visit, Inbound Shipment, Outbound Shipment, Trouble Ticket, Security Access, Deinstall power/cross-connects & Conference Room Booking
- Review orders
- Review and approve pending orders
- Clone, modify & cancel orders
- Create Reports - Order report, User report, Audit report, Installbase report, etc.
- Invite new users from your organization
- Review and approve pending shipments
- Communicate directly with Equinix technicians

To get started, log in with your current Equinix Customer Portal username and password. If you do not have an Equinix Customer Portal account, please contact your Equinix administrator.

bad update key pad not loading, so can't update pin code

Why do I have to get bumped into a web URL every time I need to check in, and why does the app not leave me logged in with the PIN for access? It makes the app a lot less user-friendly and makes it impossible to use with one hand if multi-tasking. This app should not take this much effort. Please change it back to the previous versions' way of logging in.

App no longer works after switching to an external website SSO; just sits and spins on sign-in. Note I do not use the default Android browser, but I can login and work on their site just fine from same browser on this same phone. So switched to web on phone or tablet. Avoid until reverted or fixed.
