Very Very slow to update. Nothing useful about this tool. "Retirement Gateway" brings you to a blank page. No option(s) to alter investment(s). Calling in to make a change and or get information can be completed before the app loads. If you consider simply being able to view your current balance useful, then the app has some value. Beyond that it's a joke.

Perhaps I'm doing something wrong but....In order to log into the app, I must first have a security code sent to me. But when I click off of the app to either look at the text message OR pickup the phone call that speaks the code to me, when I click back on the app, it starts all the way over, prompting me to enter my user ID and password again, and send a new code. It's a never-ending cycle - the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Most apps allow you to click off of them, and then when you click back, you're at the last spot you were, allowing you to then simply enter the code. Not this one! What am I missing????

App is an improvement over the previous version which wasn't updated since 2016 but this one still has issues and shortcomes to say the least. I only have a few big gripes with the app but all reviews are accurate to a T! Can't use FINGERPRINT LOGIN, work around is samsung pass works just as well within the app. --Investments-- Can't download or view Any of the STATEMENTS (pdf) files when in the app. Can't view details (breakdown) information on POSITIONS for stocks, ETF, bonds and so on. --Life Insurance No complaints, I feel like this section of the app was fully tested during development and functions as intended.
