It has been absolutely broken for the past 4 or 5 months and they aren't doing anything to fix it. every other time I use it I get stuck in a login loop. I just had to log in 3 times in a row and then after the 3rd one it said I can't use the app because og "cookie settings." I know its a glitch because it happens frequently, but im still able to use the app properly sometimes. Another thing I've encountered was it blank screening when making a transfer to another account.

Recently, every time I use the app I have to "verify device via phone call"...it's a MOBILE APP, of course I'm using it from my cell phone! I unlock my phone with my fingerprint, click on the app, enter a username, enter a password, and now I gotta verify it's really me using my phone after all that?? I get protecting their clients but this has pretty much made the app obsolete. Might as well log in via your web browser. Would be faster.

Difficulties updating password every time it requires a change! I must call the bank every blasted time to be able to update the password with their link. No fingerprint or facial recognition ability. Does not show real time balance. This app lags WAY behind the app for my other bank.
