completely disappointing experience with the app. when gold prices rise the app works, when it goes down it stops working. it has been 18 days since I made a complaint and it is still not resolved. waste of money investing in it.

Worst experience ever! They charge a 2.5% fee on cards and refund back without process, their rates are much higher than the market, and even after multiple follow-ups my withdrawal was not processed. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Stay away from this app!

very unprofessional, money takes way to long to be deposited in wallet which is a waste of time and opportunity when you decide to buy on a good price. they deliver the gold with no invoices only a digital one which is not stamped or anything. very disappointing experience
