I thought for 2 step verification, you have to enable yourself? Logging in takes too long now. You have to go through the same steps, including biometrics, 2x. Now you're not showed the breakdown of what you're paying for, just a balance. I need to know everything being paid for, how much, and exactly when it was paid, like it was in the previous version of app. I like the old version, not this one, and it should be changed back.

What would make this app great is a much more user-friendly/streamlined login process. For the Android app, there's no biometric option (fingerprint, face recognition). It would be nice if there was at least an autofill option if I save the password. Right now, I have to type my password every time I use the app. If the app had at least one of these features, I'd give 4 stars. If it had both, I'd give 5.

Rather clunky from a ux standpoint. Breaks all the time. Doesn't let you log in half the time. Takes far too long to process login so it times out. The loading screen is stretched and pixelated, not high enough resolution so it looks low quality. Service options don't allow for an 'other' option. The other app just looked more polished.
