Equitys is an application that allows you to thank a colleague at LENDYS for help, service, or documentation related to LENDYS's field of activity.
Each employee can thank a colleague in their department or another department with a number of equitys ranging from 10 to 500. At the beginning of each year, each employee receives a number of equitys corresponding to their position within the company.
At the end of the year, the number of equitys received is converted into euros at a rate of 1 euro for 4 equitys, and then added to the employee's paycheck. A nice bonus for the holiday season!
