About this app

Equiyd Capture turns the phone in your pocket into a motion sensor for your
horse. Start a session before you ride, and it records high-frequency
movement telemetry — accelerometer and gyroscope, up to 200 samples a
second — for the whole ride.

Built for yards, not offices. Capture works with no signal at all: sessions
are stored safely on your phone and upload automatically the moment you are
back online. Never lose a ride to a dead spot in the school or out on a
hack.

RECORD
• One tap to start capturing — then put the phone away and ride
• Tag each session with a horse, a title, the session type (training,
competition, warm-up, hack, lunging) and the surface
• Local weather and conditions are attached automatically
• Sessions are timed, counted and summarised as you go

SYNC
• Offline-first: every session is kept on the device until it has safely
uploaded
• Automatic background upload when you have signal — no exporting, no
cables
• Captured a session before signing in? Assign it to a horse later and it
uploads then

• Works with the horses you own on Equiyd, and with horses shared with you
• Trainers, grooms and other professionals can record sessions for a
horse when its owner has granted them access to do so

BUILT FOR WHAT'S NEXT
Equiyd Capture is the foundation of the Equiyd telemetry platform. Session
data feeds the Equiyd analytics dashboard, where captured movement can be
explored ride by ride — and future on-horse sensors will use this same app
to record from multiple points on horse and rider.

An Equiyd account is required to upload sessions and assign horses. You can
record without signing in and assign the session afterwards.
