About this app

E-RAC is a secure communication application designed for internal use by authorized personnel. It combines encrypted messaging, secure calls, and daily reporting in a single interface fully functional in both Arabic and French.

Individual and group chats protected by end-to-end encryption. Message content remains unreadable outside the devices of the participants.

Individual and group online calls with media encryption in transit.

Edit and send daily reports from the field and track their status directly from your phone.

• Centers and Branches
Organize users by their respective centers and branches, with reports sent to the appropriate department.

• In-App File Viewing
Open documents and images within the application without the need for external applications. Every file saved outside the application is flagged to identify its source.

• Full Arabic Interface
Full support for right-to-left writing on all screens.

Access to the Application

Use is restricted to users pre-registered with the administration. Login requires a valid phone number and a verification code sent via SMS. Creating a new account from within the app is not possible, and it cannot be used without an authorized account.

Permissions

The app requests access to the microphone and camera to make calls, and to photos and videos to attach to conversations and reports. These permissions are used exclusively for the app's functions as described above.
