About this app

Welding (fusion) parameters calculator Erbach® created to help professional welders of polyethylene pipes.
Use of Erbach® calculator allows the welder to leave in the past the use of paper "welding charts." Now all the welding (fusion) parameters can be calculated in the professional program directly on your smartphone or tablet.
In contrast to printed "welding charts" Erbach® calculator makes calculation straight with consideration of the drag pressure.
Before welding, just enter in the Erbach® Fusion Parameters Calculator the diameter, SDR of pipes and the drag pressure. The program will immediately calculate the required fusion parameters:
• size of the primary bead
• heating up time
• changeover time
• build-up time
• pressure and time of fusion
• cooling time of the welded joint
The program allows to calculate the parameters of welding (fusion) of polyethylene pipes for the main specifications:
• DVS 2207-1
Special timer is integrated in the program to control the heating and cooling time during the welding (fusion) process.
For welders who do not know their cross-sectional area welder Added "Define sectional area of the cylinders" option. With its help welder can define cross-sectional area of welding machine.
