This app was previously tolerable, but now it is impossible to get logged in. That is, if you can even get it to register that there's delivery from the location in your city where you've ordered delivery from 100 times in the past (including a week or two ago). Broken and unusable. Will be ordering from Jimmy John's instead because that app works.

Makes you sign in again every single time and there is ZERO way to track your order on the newest Android version. I wish I would've realized this sooner as I wait 30 minutes passed the projected delivery time with no way to track it. I should've ordered from a different sammy place that can at least to the BARE MINIMUM of letting someone know at least the status of the order. I literally can't see ANYTHING about my order other than I gained the rewards points and my bank already charged. JUNK

app sucks!! always have to sign in then select in pickup or delivery then select the store, (even though it's saved as my favorite) then select the sandwich then tell it in-store pickup again then when you check out it tells you to sign in again. then I'm mad and just go somewhere else. And after reading the reviews... I see you still have the same problems from 5+ years ago... so I can assume that you're not going to fix them!
