Crashes constantly and not updated. Update 8/26/23: the aesthetic and interaction within the app has improved from the previous 1 star, but the Scan button doesn't work on Android (2 different devices) and says the account is not active or known. Have to use phone number to use membership, which is a security risk.

This app rarely works. IT could easily make it better, but I doubt anyone checks it's ease of use or functionality. Spent half an hour trying to get my order submitted, than anoet half an hour waiting for a smoothie. Erewhon you can do much better than this fail of your online shopping app

The app is not user friendly and the in person store experience is terrible. Poor service and worse management. The app often freezes and cannot complete any actions I try on the app. I would avoid this store and app altogether
