The app was working well until a week ago. I cannot access the shopping cart to complete my order. I Uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone and even tried from the website from a browser. The cart cannot be accessed. I have been ordering for the past year on this same phone. help?

Crashes constantly and not updated. Update 8/26/23: the aesthetic and interaction within the app has improved from the previous 1 star, but the Scan button doesn't work on Android (2 different devices) and says the account is not active or known. Have to use phone number to use membership, which is a security risk.

This app rarely works. IT could easily make it better, but I doubt anyone checks it's ease of use or functionality. Spent half an hour trying to get my order submitted, than anoet half an hour waiting for a smoothie. Erewhon you can do much better than this fail of your online shopping app
