The CompTIA Security+ certification exam (SY0-801) has up to 90 multiple-choice and performance-based questions in 90 minutes. It is scored from 100 to 900, and 750 passes. The five domains are General Security Concepts (16%), Threats, Vulnerabilities, and Attacks (24%), Security Architecture (19%), Security Operations (27%) and Security Program Management and Oversight (14%). Because CompTIA reports a scaled score, the 83% pass line in this app is a study target, not an official mark.
