Derivia is the management software for health and wellness clinics and centers. If you're a self-employed practitioner, your appointment book and invoices will no longer be two separate jobs. If you manage a center with a team, it also automatically distributes commissions, rent, and accounts for each month.

You schedule the appointment in the calendar, and everything else follows: the price, the invoice, the payment, and, if you have a team, the settlement for each professional. No spreadsheets required.

ONLINE APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE IN BOTH PLANS
You select the available times on the calendar and share your link. Those who want an appointment choose a day and time from those slots, and the booking is automatically confirmed and added to the calendar with the price already applied. No more returning calls between sessions.

INVOICING WITH VERIFACTU
Two ways to invoice, whichever suits you best: a single invoice for a client, grouping all their visits for the period, or an invoice for the entire month at once—select the month, quarter, or year, and Derivia will simultaneously prepare the invoice for every client who has visited the clinic. You decide which invoices are sent. Sequential numbering without gaps, PDFs with your logo, and VeriFactu integrated into both plans, at no extra cost and with no installation required.

CLIENTS
A record for each client with their session history, upcoming visits, notes, agreed-upon price, and tax information: when it's time to invoice, everything is already set up.

EXPENSES AND BALANCE
Each expense is tracked with its receipt: photograph the receipt with your phone or attach the invoice as a PDF. Derivia reads the amount and date, and the expense is categorized. Recurring expenses—rent, insurance, school fees—are scheduled once and appear automatically each month. You have your income and expense statement ready, and you can export the entire quarter to your accountant without searching for a single piece of paper.

ON MOBILE AND COMPUTER
The same Derivia on your mobile device and any browser. A calendar widget on your home screen, share invoices as PDFs directly from your phone, and keep working offline: it automatically updates when you regain a connection.
