About this game

MicroMon turns clinical microbiology into a tiny pixel hospital RPG. Read patient cases, infer the likely pathogen, and choose antibiotic coverage from limited options. Each floor is a short, playable round built around symptoms, timing, risk factors, organisms, and treatment choices.

Climb through 99 hospital floors, including story scenes after level 3, recurring patients, the Floor 78 blackout, and a rooftop ending. Along the way, use the hospital antibiogram, build pattern recognition, and learn from wrong calls.

Inside the hospital:
- Patient dialogue with clinical clues hidden in plain sight
- Antibiotic choices with feedback after each call
- A hospital antibiogram to study and use
- Recurring patients, running jokes, and strange hospital staff
- Late-game story events that reward the climb
- Wrong calls that teach you what to notice next time

Made for premeds, medical students, and anyone who wants antibiotic recall to feel more like a game than another flashcard deck.

MicroMon is an educational game, not medical advice. Use it for studying and pattern recognition, not real patient care.
