On Aug 2nd, we were provided new debit cards. I had several incidents trying to make payments and transfers with this card. I contacted customer support and was pretty much told I have to use other payment options. Not cool, you are our credit union. We shouldn't have to go through issues like this. Please update these cards or go back to the old cards.

why fix something that isn't broken. I could pay my loan on the app and my credit card. For safety measures you changed the whole system for credit cards and it will be my first time missing a payment because the website says seems like there is an issue on our end. WELL FIX IT

It sometimes works flawlessly but more often than not the links on the sidebar don't work. When I try to click on the Services tab to get to Funds Transfer, the list will disappear and I end up choosing Branches every time. That just brings up a black screen.
