About this app

Reception Desk is a corporate reception system that turns your Android device into your company's reception desk.

Simply place buttons for the appropriate person on a tablet on your reception counter.

Visitors can press a button to connect directly to the person's extension and speak with them immediately. This eliminates the need for a permanent reception staff member or intermediaries, enabling unmanned reception and reduced staffing levels right away.

■ Main Features
- Internal call dialing from the assigned person button (7 types of icons, sortable display order)
- Branding of the reception screen (logo image, background presets/custom images)
- Saves up to 1,000 call history entries on the terminal, supports CSV export
- Protects the settings screen with an administrator PIN (4-6 digits). Prevents accidental operation and tampering of the reception terminal.
- Change ringtone, SIP connection test, display of reasons for failed calls, automatic line recovery
- Standard outgoing-only mode (incoming calls can also be received in settings)
- Terminal data erasure (initialization when changing or replacing the installation location)

■ Preparation for Use
You can try it immediately on the spot even without a license key (20 days, first time only).
A separate SIP account (cloud PBX, etc.) is required for use.
A license key is required to continue using the service after the trial period ends.

・初期設定ガイドで「次へ」を押すと、次の入力欄へ進めるようになりました

・スマートフォンを横向きにしたときの表示を見直しました
・担当者が多いときに、続きがあることが分かるようにしました
・担当者の並べ替え・削除ボタンを見やすく整えました
・通信が切れているときは、その場ですぐに分かるようにしました。通信が戻ると自動で接続し直します
・お呼び出しできないときのご案内を、原因に合わせてお伝えするようにしました
・ライセンスの認証が通らなかったときに、画面の「再試行」でその場から復旧できるようになりました
・通話の音量まわりと安定性を改善しました
・設定画面の入力を安全にしました（担当者の入力もれを保存前にお知らせします）
