About this app
Bayat Plaza CAFM is the field app for Bayat Plaza facility management teams. Technicians and maintenance staff use it to pick up work orders, record attendance on site, look up the equipment behind every tenant door and keep spare-part stock accurate — all connected to the company's ERP system.
Access is restricted to authorised employees. You sign in by scanning the QR code issued by your employer and entering your password. There is no public sign-up.
WORK ORDERS AND TASKS
• See your assigned tasks grouped as High Priority, New, In Progress and Completed.
• Open a task for its full scope, location and history.
• Update progress from the field and attach photos as evidence of the work done.
TENANT AND ASSET LOOKUP
• Scan the QR code on a tenant's door to pull up that unit instantly, including flat number, floor, building and department.
• Review every asset installed in the unit, with its maintenance history and the parts used on each visit.
ATTENDANCE
• Check in and out with a selfie, confirmed against your site's location so records are reliable.
• Turn on Automatic Attendance and your arrival and departure are recorded for you as you reach or leave the site.
• Review your attendance history and submit a manual attendance request when a day needs correcting.
LEAVE
• Submit leave requests and follow their approval status.
STOCK AND SPARE PARTS
• Scan or search an item to check what is on hand.
• Record the quantities used on a job so inventory stays in step with the work actually carried out.
ACCOUNT
• Change your password inside the app, with verification by one-time code.
LOCATION AND CAMERA USE
The app uses your location to confirm you are on site when attendance is recorded. If you switch on Automatic Attendance, location is also used in the background so that check-in and check-out happen without you opening the app; you can turn this off at any time from your profile. The camera is used to scan QR codes and to take your attendance selfie.
Bayat Plaza CAFM needs an account provided by your employer and a connection to your organisation's server.
