About this app

ERSANDER is the official student and parent app for Emmanuel Residential School, Andar Bazar. It puts the information families ask for most — fees, notices, leave and transport — in one place, so you no longer have to call the office or wait for a circular to come home in a school bag.

Sign in with the account issued by the school to see everything linked to your child.


WHAT YOU CAN DO

Dashboard
See your child's name, photo, class and section at a glance, along with the next fee due date, any pending fee summary, the latest notices and the status of your most recent leave request.

Student Profile
View personal information, parent details, admission and roll number, class, section and registered contact details exactly as they are held in school records.

Notices
Read school notices with their publication dates, open the full text, and download attachments where the school has added them.

Fees
Check fee and due reports, review payment history and download fee receipts for your records.

Transport
Check the transport fee and due report, review transport payment history and download transport receipts.

Leave Application
Apply for leave, track whether it is pending or approved, and browse past requests. Requests can be edited or withdrawn while they are still awaiting approval.

Complaints
Raise a complaint under the appropriate category, follow its status, and see your complaint history. Complaints can be updated while they are still open.

School Gallery
Browse photographs from school events and activities, organised event by event.

School Contact
Find the school's address, phone number and email without leaving the app.

Change Password
Update your password from inside the app whenever you need to.


BUILT FOR EVERYDAY USE

- Works on phones and tablets running Android 7.0 and above.
- Tells you clearly when your device loses its internet connection, and returns to what you were doing the moment it comes back.
- Your session is protected using the device's hardware-backed secure storage.
- No advertisements. No third-party trackers. No analytics SDKs.
- Requests only two permissions: internet access, and the ability to check whether you are online.


IMPORTANT

- An account issued by Emmanuel Residential School is required. The app cannot create accounts, and it will not work without one. If you do not have your sign-in details, please contact the school office.
- This app shows information held in the school's records. If something looks wrong — a fee amount, an admission number, a contact number — please raise it with the school office, as corrections are made in the school's own system.
- Fee and transport reports are for viewing and record-keeping. Payments are not made through this app.


ABOUT THIS RELEASE

This is version 1, and it covers the essentials students and parents need day to day. We would rather ship a small app that works well than a large one that does not. Tell the school office what you would find useful and it will be considered for a future update.
