With the mobile application "OATS ER-Telecom Holding" you can directly on your smartphone:
- listen to conversation recordings (including at an accelerated pace to save time),
- receive a summary of company calls for the current day (to understand how many calls employees received, made or missed today),
- view statistics for an arbitrary period and for any employee,
- set up company numbers (number work schedule, call reception routes, etc.),
- create accounts for new employees or edit the rights of old ones,
- set up call forwarding ー even faster than in the Cloud PBX web interface.
The mobile application "OATS ER-Telecom Holding" is available to customers of the following operators:

- Novotelecom (Electronic City Business)
