App is more useful then the call center. Calling in an order most of the time no one is avalible to even place an order. The app is very buggy and crashes often or your left waiting on a frozen screen. That said app is great when it works. Now with the update they want to know your location before you even open the app which is very creapy IMO.

Hi Olin, thank you for this excellent feedback! Use the Feedback feature to send us steps and when (i.e. searching for products, etc.) the app crashes on you. This will help us fix these issues. Regarding location, we need it to provide you with real-time inventory at the branch closest to you, else you would see overnight inventory.

Horrible! It's so slow! Every last thing it does it has to re-sign in. I hope you've got 30 minutes to spend standing in the sun and heat to fight with this app and order your part. My stocking guy now comes in an hour earlier in the mornings just to deal with the loading times in the app to compensate! That's an extra $100 a week out of my pocket just to compensate having to use this frickin thing. My techs take longer on calls and I can't call the store because I'm on infinite hold!

If you are having issues with signing in, then send us feedback. We will quickly address your account concern. CE is working to improve the call process. A chat feature is now available for users to contact CE customer support. The app also has the Wingman feature for product technical support.

App worked great when I had a Samsung S8, now that I have the S10, it doesn't open up, unless I Uninstall it then download it again, EVERYTIME!! Don't know if it is a result of the new phone or a recent app patch, but if it is the latter; it's one hell of a coincidence to have these problems as soon as I got the new phone
