SOOOO I...Frustrating!! I wanted to put a pic of my 92 yr. Old mom, in the hands forming a heart and it let me pick a pic' but NOT add it to the frame Tried a half dozen times.

I don't think they know what a frame is! The photo just sits on top.. its ridiculous.
