Ratings and reviews

Really outdated software with almost no restocks and really hard to find what you need due to the outdated software, other than that it's good. (Edit). Software is still outdated, no customer support, "sell your guns". To whom??? There is no contact number, no form, nothing. Just a blank page.

It does not even open the application. The screen gets stuck on the starting page and it says 'failed to retrieve data'. I am very disappointed and hope that this glitch is fixed soon

"mis-information" in one word, the fact that they took almost 2 months to provide me my receipt & they bullied me on a simple & resolvable, exchange & gun upgrade issue. u c, u dont know an organization untill u have a problem, thats when it all matters. & remember to research their pricing. my credentials : customer service & security + surveillance consultant.
