Ratings and reviews

I'm really disappointed with the ESAF app. There's no option to turn off SMS alerts, and they charge for every SMS! Amount might seem small for one sms, but it adds up quickly. Why can't I opt-out of these alerts? It's my money, and I should be able to choose how I receive notifications. Fix this, please!

4 times I have installed and reinstalled ESAF Mobile banking App. I am not able to register the mobile app in my mobile. My mobile android version is 16. ln the 3rd step it stops snd not going forward. If the developer uninstall and reinstall the program in his mobile and tries to register again he can easily find the problems what customers are facing presently. If you are able to register the mobile App then only you can review the app performances. ESAF MOBIL APP DOESN'T WORK.

app is good and all but I have been using this app for more than 10 Months and it still does not have access to credit card info. It would be better to have that included in the app as well
