One of the worst banking app. Its very frustrating whenever I open a new account. The old app was way better. Fix atleast these issue 1. When opening a new deposit, the intrst wont be shown until we got to confirmation page. 2. No way to go back and update the option once in confirmation page. Will have to fill everything again. 3. No way to save Nominee details and have to enter for each deposit 4. The scroll to switch between accounts is terrible user experience. Could have been simple list.

Frustrated after opening new fds via this app. Waited for some months thinking they would update the software little more efficiently. Look into issues below for your next update or bring back your previous version. 1. When opening a new deposit, the interest won't be shown until we get to confirmation page. 2. I work on a ship and we have star link internet onboard. Till 2 months back, i was able to login to the app and use it. But now i am not able to login using starlink. only when i reach the port (after 1 month) i am able to login using mobile internet. Its very frustrating because, esaf bank have my salary account and i am not able to do any transactions. The esaf bank website doesn't even open in starlink.
