The worst mobile banking app ever used. I recently reinstalled this app and tried to register again but even after several attempts i was not able to connect. always showing you are not eligible contact branch. When contacting branch officials they informed that the app updation is going on and it will be ready by next day. waiting for 2 weeks still that day has never shown

The app is good and user friendly. The service is also good. But there is only One problem in Payment Section, To find beneficiary is to difficult and Time Consuming because there is no search bar and no alphabetical order. If It get added It will be very Helpful.

It's a pain to switch between accounts in the home page. Maybe 1/20 swipes works. Who designed and tested this? 🤦🏽 Also why do I have to sent international roaming SMS to register the app?! Why can't you just use an email OTP or an authenticator app instead?!
