Ratings and reviews

Let's be frank. The higher interest rates are the only reason you have an esaf account. The app is mediocre at best as are the services. Sometimes it takes a few attempts to get re-registered after reinstalling app for example. Connection is never 'secure' according to the app blocking login despite following all steps. Update: July 2025- still mediocre at best.

The mobile number is not getting validated. Everytime it shows the message "Validating mobile number". Of course the message is getting sent to the bank through the registered mobile number but not getting validated. I tried uninstalling,restarting, clearing data & cache methods too. Even then too it is not getting validated. OS is Andriod 11. Need support on this problem to be fixed.

Very poor customer service. While trying to login, they are saying user name should be alpha numeric. But my existing username was not alpha numeric. There is no option to change the username. While trying to use the App they are asking to update the App. But unable to update the same citing that my mobile is an old one. But I am using all the Apps in the world using this mobile handset . No cooperation from bank employees while trying to solve the issues. My money is stuck.
