Dreadful app: keeps logging out while still sending notifications of charging, favourites keep disappearing, every update adds more taps to get to charging, does not update location even though other apps can access location. Above all frustrating customer service that keeps requesting irrelevant information instead of troubleshooting information. Would uninstall if it was not necessary to access the service.

app keeps crashing after start up, and I cant top up card / change card via the website as it just defaults to find a charger, even when I click on the link on the email saying i need to top up or change card details. app is crashing g despite clearing cache, uninstall9ng and reinstalling, having location / gps turned on before opening etc tried using both my debit cards at the carrickmines charger and both tines it said system error. I've spent an hour trying to charge the car. petrol=1 min:(

Since the Nov. 2025 update the app just crashes when opened... please fix or revert to the previous version which actually worked. Have cleared cache/data, uninstalled/reinstalled, closed all background apps, rebooted etc... *On my phone, it seems GPS needs to be enabled before I start the app to prevent it from crashing on startup...
