Almost impossible to find charge points on map. I'm pay-as-you-go. Both app and charge point told me car was charging. I came back half an hour later to find no charge added to car. Only once I disconnected from charge point did I get an email saying I had insufficient funds. Would have been nice to have been told this at start of charging rather than being told car was charging for half an hour when it wasn't!!!!

Hi Declan - you can turn on notifications that lets you know start/stop charging and billing information. Hopefully this will overcome issues like this in future.

The app is very handy at ESB chargers, as it allows you to control the full charging experience with a few click and 2 swipes. You don't need a card or anything. Sometimes the app (or charger, not sure) can get confused and stuck when the swipe on the app and plugging of the cable are not made in the right order. What it needs now is a notification for overstay: When the time limit is close, the app should send a reminder because it is easy to forget about the 45 minutes.

I cannot use your app. after the personal details page it tells me my cared cannot be verified.... but I have not been given the option to enter details. this is a problem given how few chargers there are in places. I can't even report the problem as after I write out what the problem is it gives the error message that description is required! Useless!
