I have been having trouble being able to make transfers in the app. and its annoying. im trying to transfer money to my savings and it wont let me. I dont want to have to call to make an internal transfer. i thought the point of the app was to be able to do what I needed to do in the app.

I've used this app for several years to bank and I've always found it to work. ESB gives excellent service in every way. Thank you! 2021 Update: Excellent app with great security features. Best banking family I've ever had the opportunity to work with. It's been nearly 9 years and I have no complaints ever. When I call if something seems off... They get to the bottom of it right away. Love, love, love ESB!

I've been with this bank for over a decade. I love the way they operate. I've even moved out of state and continue to use their services. No other bank compares. Thank you! The app works most of the time, I've had a few issues but nothing a phone call couldn't fix. I'm overall pleased with ESB.
