The new update is unfortunately the worst. Before, you had an interactive table where you could go immediately to the specific part of the guidelines you wanted to read. Now, you have to go through the whole text to find what you are looking for, while the new version is also really sluggish and not user friendly. It is actually faster to go through the full guidelines on a PC and find what you are looking for. A real shame.

The last update is the worst I lost all downloaded data.. Even the available guidelines are not complete with many missing guidelines released before 2023.. Also, the apps runs slowly with very bad experience I hope to fix this as soon as possible.. ESC pocket Guidelines app is used to be very helpful for every cardiologist & I hope to continue like that!!

For all the good that it is in terms of convenience it feels extremely cluttered. For some reason it is also stuck (or not available, perhaps?) in landscape mode for tablets. AMAZING work with the app, and I am ever thankful for it, but if you could de-clutter the categories polish the user interface it would be even more amazing!
