CyclePay is the new app name. Previously known as "My Laundry" and "CyberLaundry".

IMPORTANT: ONLY WORKS IN PARTICIPATING LAUNDRY LOCATIONS.

You can view your account balance, add funds and start cycles on washers and dryers in your laundry room. You can also view real-time machine status and send service requests if needed.

***For any service related issues, problems starting machines or to request a refund, please contact your laundry location management office directly.

The app is useful, however we need to be able to see if OTHERS are using the machines not only ourselves, to avoid going down when there's stuff in there we should be able to see if they REMOVED their items and it's totally open for use. also we should be able to put in only $10 increments, if you're moving soon and need to do wash why should I have $15 stuck in an app you won't need

this company is t h e worst of the worst. I have asked them to resolve our issue multiple times over the last year and they do absolutely nothing. The machines will not allow us to pay with a credit card, the credit card slot is there, but it will not put the charge through, gives a communication wifi error. and it is too complicated going through the app. They a re totally unresponsive. I am going to put in a complaint with the BBB about them, because I am so disgusted.

worst laundry app I've ever used. You cant put in exact change so you can only preload with a set amount of money. The most unfriendly user interface. I work in the tech industry and it took many tries to set up an account (all just to have no choice but to get charged extra by preloading more money than needed). If youre not familiar with technology, youre not going to be doing laundry. its that simple. this app is the worst.
