About this app

CyclePay is the new app name. Previously known as "My Laundry" and "CyberLaundry".

IMPORTANT: ONLY WORKS IN PARTICIPATING LAUNDRY LOCATIONS.

You can view your account balance, add funds and start cycles on washers and dryers in your laundry room. You can also view real-time machine status and send service requests if needed.

***For any service related issues, problems starting machines or to request a refund, please contact your laundry location management office directly.

This is my first time using the app. It works great. All you do is select the washer or dryer number (1,2,3, etc), hit vend, and it starts the machine. Make sure your Bluetooth is on first. No big deal if not, you'll get a reminder to turn it on. The smallest $ amount you can put on the app is $5 up to $50. No fee. It's easier than quarters and more convenient.

It's more convenient than cash. Other than that it's pretty awful. Hardly ever connects, and when it does it's painfully slow. Requires you to process the transaction multiple times in order to get the desired time on the machines. Should allow you to just set 40 minutes for example instead of having to press 10 minutes 4 times. App was very likely built by someone overseas with no regard for user experience.

Absolutely horrible. They have app updates not in Google Play but in thr actual app. When you try to update it, it doesn't always work and you can't use the app unless it's updated. Forgot password? The Forgot Password service doesn't always work so you have to wait until it does. Have to login? Sometimes their "login system is unavailable" how is that even possible!?
