The app is confusing and not very forgiving. When looking at the machines, if you click on one, it automatically vends it. This isn't very user friendly, there should be a confirmation. I just wanted to check the machine. It also combines tower dryers into one machine in the app, which makes it confusing to keep track of each individual dryer. It needs a massive UX redesign.

Terrible! This app has failed and taken my money from me while providing me with nothing more times than I can count. The connection between the phone and the machine fails so often, it's pathetic. I stand physically right next to machine with a new phone, it still struggles to connect almost every time. It would be one thing if the app just canceled the transaction, but the app will take money from you while the machine DOESN'T RUN! This app has taken well over $20 from me w/ no service. Awful!

This app won't let us add money until we update the app but then it won't let us update the app. It says to "re establish" an internet connection. The problem is it is connected. We have tried with and without wifi and also with our data connection. We have tried on both android and iphone. The app won't even let me log out cuz of this "re-establish" issue. Very inconvenient.
