this app is the worst. it regularly fails, leaving you swearing and struggling through an already unpleasant chore, pressing "vend" again and again hoping that maybe this time,maybe THIS TIME it will connect to the machine and free you from the confines of the laundry room. When you want to add value to it, you have to painstakingly type in your entire credit card number one digit at a time, since it doesn't save your info, nor does it communicate w payment features of the phone.

Terrible. Half the time the machines aren't connected and you can't use the app. Even when you can, it takes longsr than using a card. For dryers, you have to make a new connection for each 10-minute increment, so it takes much, much longer than using a card. It also tells you the wrong time for when your cycle is complete (often 20 minutes early), and is wrong about which machines are free. It does many things wrong and nothing well.

It's an okay app when it works, but recently it stopped connecting to any of the machines on my android. Also, you can only add money to your account in increments of $10, which is a common scam that always leaves more money in your account than you need (since the machines cost $2.25). Only reason I don't give 1 star is that their customer support was surprisingly easy for me to reach after one of the machines didn't use any water on my clothes (lol), and they refunded me.
