unable to complete registration..keep on popup incomplete form...unable to screeenshot the error...

so much bug, I can't even make a new account when I fill all the blank it says "create account failed: incomplete form" what should I do?

Do not buy any dictionaries. The app has no search function. It keeps crashing. Ebooks sold are non-refundable, and there are no previews so you don't know what you're going to be getting. It's all DRM so you can't read any of the books purchased on a kindle or other readers; it HAS to be on this app. Honestly, the amount of frustration I went through, just buy a physical copy of a book, it will save you SO much grief.
