not a new user, but why is the interface now different and difficult to navigate my chapters? the whole page is like stretched down. I'm using android, and the arrow button to go "back" overrides the chapter button. when I exit the app, the book doesn't open back at where I stopped reading. please improve and do something because the books weren't free - 2 July 2025 **emailed on 6 July 2025 to tell them about the issues & how the interface had caused inconveniences, still no reply-12 July 2025

When trying to log in using a Google account, a popup appears saying 'Authentication Failed: no value for ID'. However, I can log in using the same account on a laptop without any issue.

Not user friendly, terrible experience. I bought and downloaded a couple of ebooks on my account. Initially I was able to access the books without any issue, but just today the books were no longer accessible with an error message stating 'Error Decrypting Key - decryptHtmlfile'. Not to mention, the books offered on this site is just terrible, low quality and limited. I have to say this is just disappointing...
