It's not connecting with Android devices. First, it gets connected, and then an error occurs, and the app goes off! I m not the only one facing this problem, but many of my colleagues as well who are using this system.

Worst app ever. Continuously crashes. We are using BenQ smart TV to teach our students and it does not support any other app than InstaShare. And it disconnects continuously while teaching. Very frustrating.

Hi, our company purchased 65" Benq Interactive Panel through our IT service provider. We tried using Instashare mirroring from Android phone but our problem is that the sound does not transfer from Android phone to the Panel. But for Ios,iphone there was no problem. I have Samsung and Vivo phones, both does not transfer sound when mirroring. Can you please help us, is it about the phone setting? Appreciate your kind help on this matter. Thanks.
