No way to fix your account name if it was misspelled in the app but it can be done on the website. "Contact Carta Support" link opens email client with a blank "to" field so can't get help using it. Support phone number can be found when you select "customer support pin" which is not intuitive. Called support and it was a short wait and they were very helpful. The app allows you to simulate exercising your options which helps a lot with understanding how options work.

the login info and biometrics are removed so fast that using the app is a burden. I try to avoid it as much as possible but I'm unfortunately still forced to use it every other month.
