No way to fix your account name if it was misspelled in the app but it can be done on the website. "Contact Carta Support" link opens email client with a blank "to" field so can't get help using it. Support phone number can be found when you select "customer support pin" which is not intuitive. Called support and it was a short wait and they were very helpful. The app allows you to simulate exercising your options which helps a lot with understanding how options work.

It's been a couple months and the app still doesn't load. Reinstalled multiple times. Samsung galaxy s23 ultra on latest OS. I see reviews from November stating the same. How did the ball get dropped that majorly on a service that's so at the core of tech?

Biometric login useless. I only login around the start of the month to check vested shares. Authentication data is saved for 15 days. This means every single time I open this app I have to not only login, but also supply MFA code. This completely defeats the purpose of having a Carta app, let alone offering biometric sign in. I'm just as well off saving a bookmark in my browser. No other app I've ever used has forced me to login with password and MFA so aggressively.
