Still a lot of work to be done in the app... No option to adjust the level of push notifications (takes you to the system on/off option). I would like to stop promo notifications but maintain notifications related to my orders. Also no delivery time estimates which should be a bare minimum for a delivery app. Otherwise the interface is ok and response time is very good.

Prepayment expected if you are paying with momo or card. But if they deliver the wrong items it's impossible to get through to customer service and you'll never get a refund. Horrible. Just use Rushfoods instead.

The customer care service is very helpful and available to help anytime through the whole process !! 👍🏾 The app is also detailed with specifics and different options.
