Still a lot of work to be done in the app... No option to adjust the level of push notifications (takes you to the system on/off option). I would like to stop promo notifications but maintain notifications related to my orders. Also no delivery time estimates which should be a bare minimum for a delivery app. Otherwise the interface is ok and response time is very good.

Deleted the app. Unbelievably dreadful. This would be a zero-star rating if the option existed. Their customer service is non-existent. This week I waited 1.5 hours for an order that had been cancelled and they never told me (but still took the money - I had to chase for a refund). The app wiped half the menu from my favourite restaurant, so I had to call them directly to order. Then, they delivered completely the wrong order to me today, not bothering to check the order or the quantities, and displaying no sense of customer care what so ever. Took an absolute age to swap for the correct items, even though the restaurant is about ten minutes away. They're just getting worse and worse. Don't pay for anything until you've seen what you're getting.

Often long periods where the service is down. Trying to report issues with orders just ports you to an unresponsive WhatsApp account. But, when it works, it works well enough. Would *really* appreciate a browser-based version for when the app isn't working.
