With this app you can see the equipment that you have assigned and raise a ticket in case any equipment has a fault. The app allows you to report the problem that your equipment has and later a technician will come to support you with your problem. This app is designed for the end user (customer) of our service, since they are the ones who file failure tickets with the equipment we rent. You can only file one report at a time. If you have already filed a report, its details will be shown. When one of our technicians indicates that your problem has been resolved, the screen will be unlocked to be able to file a new report.
