Risha POS turns a shop counter into a till for selling teachers' courses and course packages. The operator signs in, picks a teacher, chooses a course or a package, confirms the price, takes the money, and the terminal prints the voucher. It is the till — not the management dashboard.
WHAT AN OPERATOR DOES
• Browse teachers and their courses, or sell a package that covers several courses in one transaction.
• Search by teacher name or subject when the list gets long.
• See the price and the store's profit on every course before selling it.
• Confirm on a dedicated screen that shows the exact amount, then take payment.
• Print the voucher, reprint it later, or refund a sale from the history.
• Find any past sale by scanning the voucher's QR code or typing the code.
BUILT FOR A COUNTER, NOT A DESK
Arabic first, with full right-to-left layout. English is one tap away in Settings and is remembered on the device.
The catalog is cached on the terminal, so browsing between customers stays fast instead of waiting on the network.
Receipts print over Bluetooth or a built-in ESC/POS printer, and the Arabic receipt is a designed layout — not a raw text dump. Paper width, print mode, and whether printing happens automatically after each sale are all settings.
MONEY IS HANDLED CAREFULLY
Selling spends real money, so the app treats it that way. The confirmation screen states the exact price before anything is charged. The button locks while the sale is in flight, so a double tap cannot become a double sale. The sale is never retried automatically — if the network fails in a way that cannot prove the sale did not go through, the app says the outcome is unknown and sends the operator to the history rather than offering a tempting retry.
Every voucher is written to the terminal before anything is printed, so a paper jam or an empty roll never loses a sale. Whatever printed badly can be printed again.
REQUIREMENTS
An account with point-of-sale access is required; other roles are signed out. The app is intended for store terminals operated by staff, and it connects to the store's own Risha backend.
Sell courses and packages, print the voucher, track every sale.
