Wow after looking at the reviews here I guess I'm not the only one having the same problem. The app work great for 2 years and then all of a sudden it stopped working it just freezes when it takes a picture. I contacted es&l about a month ago Arie contacted them 3 days ago nobody has gotten back to me at any point in the last month. If you want reviews about this app take what people are saying and fix it! Or at least contact people back! Update: I have called twice now. No luck.

This app is a total disaster. it sucks!!! Not at all consistent in its ability to read checks. You don't get a confirmation code to verify whether the deposit is even made. if you like using mobile banking and make frequent deposits I would look at another bank's.

To help confirm when deposits are posted to the account, you can configure text alerts for any credit posted to your account under "Preferences" on the main menu.

After my last review I was contacted by ESL with offer to assist me through the installation and operation of the app. Prior to the scheduled call I decided to load the app on a different device that was a few years newer (android ver. 4.4 vs the newer android ver. 8.1). What a difference. The app worked as expected. I activated the fingerprint option and it appears to work fine allowing me to log into the app with just my fingerprint.
