Wow after looking at the reviews here I guess I'm not the only one having the same problem. The app work great for 2 years and then all of a sudden it stopped working it just freezes when it takes a picture. I contacted es&l about a month ago Arie contacted them 3 days ago nobody has gotten back to me at any point in the last month. If you want reviews about this app take what people are saying and fix it! Or at least contact people back! Update: I have called twice now. No luck.

This app was great until the latest update. Now I get error messages about connecting to the capture server, it seems to be set to a specific zoom automatically so what you see when you're taking the picture of the check doesn't match what the image is, and overall it's not as reliable as previous versions. This app was always better than the standard esl app but this latest update has downgraded this app to just about as bad as the standard esl mobile deposit app

Downloaded the app to be able to deposit checks. Normally I do this at the bank but with the virus I thought I'd try the app. Wouldn't allow me to log in, wouldn't accept my credentials and said it locked out my account. I was able to log in from a desktop to verify my account login was still active. Called Tel-ESL for help, they're usually extremely helpful except for this time. This app is useless.
