Completely unusable! Created an account to redeem my passes, chose a place to go visit from within my authenticated account. When I got to the venue, GetOut logged me out. When I tried to log back in, it shows that I havent purchased a pass! Ended up paying full price at the venue because the site won't work. Waiting on their email-only support to reply and see if they just straight-up stole my money. Definitely never would have purchased if I had realized it would be this much of a hassle.

Update: Great customer care. they helped me fix the issues and now we are back in business and ready to play! I can't get into the app anymore. I sign in and it asks for more information but then there's no way to continue after it asks for your birthday. I tried the website and it has the same issue. I have purchased the pass in years passed and we love them. I got more last year but we haven't activated them yet and now I can't access them. Please help!

I was very happy with Pogo pass, but since it changed last week to GetOut, I have not had access to my passes because it changed my KansasCity pogo passes to Arizona GetOut passes. I have contacted them many times, and at first, I thought they were going to fix it right away, but now they have stopped responding for the last few days. I was really looking forward to the merger, but it has been a mess. Hopefully, I will be able to update this to a better review soon.
