About this app

This application is used in a short-term inspection to determine a Building's Prioritization Index to support Seismic Risk Management.

* It determines a seismic hazard index, a structural vulnerability index, and an importance index according to the methodology published by López, Coronel, and Rojas (2014).
* It stores the building's geographic location.
* It automatically determines the seismic hazard index.
* It compiles the characteristics that determine vulnerability, such as the number of floors, structural type, year of construction, structural irregularities and lack of maintenance, as well as the use and number of people exposed to the building, which determine its importance.
* It stores the data and results of the indices and their risk rating or ranking and seismic priority in a database.
