I don't receive the OTP to complete registration. update: thanks for responding, I'm still not receiving the OTP and it isn't in blocked messages. I have turned off the spam filter. Perhaps add the option to receive OTP via email? To be fair I never receive SMSs from the other CoCT app either and always opt for email notifications.

is this app valid? I'm trying to register but the otp is just not arriving, I've even changed the format of my number but still no luck. I've waited an hour and tried again but still no otp . EDIT - 24 May 2026 - Apologies i did not see your response, i needed to use the app yesterday and again still no OTP at the end of registration 🤷

I am trying to register on your portal and it only takes me to step 3 of 4 then gets stuck. Does not want to proceed with "Continue" tab.

What’s new

International users will now be notified when entering an end date that their information will be automatically removed upon reaching that date.

Removed the "Premium Support" option from the successful registration screen.
