I've installed and un-installed the app more times than I can count. Everytime I try to log in it just blitzes and doesn't allow me the opportunity to log in. Idk if it's an android issue but I hope it's fixed. We have 31 days before the start of the festival and I don't want to have issues trying to get into the convention center because of an app issue. We should be more tech advanced than this. I understand issues occur but please come on yall.

App Not Working on my android. I have installed this app 3 times with any luck of getting into it. I powered my phone off completely, restarted, and still had no luck with getting this app to work for me. It keeps crashing. What am I supposed to do if I need this app to be functional at the Essence 30th Festival. It's so frustrating! So annoying! I never had any problems with this app until this year. Fixed this please. Thanks

I'm disappointed that the schedule does not list specific times of performances and speakers as it did last year. For me, the purpose of the app is to coordinate all of the events I plan to attend. I can't do that when it just lists, for example, main stage 6pm-12am and all the speakers are scheduled simultaneously. Please put the specific times in the schedule. Will this be changed by the time the festival starts? Because if not, this app is not helpful at all as is. Looks cute but not helpful.
