About this app

SFA (Sales Force Automation) helps your field sales team take orders, visit parties, collect payments and report their day – all from one app, connected to your company's business software.

SFA is a business app for companies that use it with their own back-office system. A company account (Serial Number, Company Code and login provided by your company) is required to use the app.

KEY FEATURES

• Start Day / End Day
Salesmen start and end their working day with a photo and remark. Distance travelled during the day is recorded automatically.

• Beat & Parties to Visit
Select a beat to see the parties to visit, check in and check out with photo, add discussion notes and tag the party's location.

• Sale Order, Invoice, Quotation & Sale Return
Search items by name, alias or barcode, add quantity, price and discount, apply schemes and bill sundries, and post the voucher directly to your company system.

• Product Catalogue & Cart
Browse items by category and sub category, view item details and images, and add items to the cart.

• Receipts & Collections
Record cash and cheque receipts (including post-dated cheques) with a cheque photo from camera or gallery, and adjust them bill by bill.

• Account Ledger & Bill Wise Statement
View a party's ledger with opening and closing balance, debit/credit details and bill-wise outstanding, and share it as a PDF.

• Ageing Analysis
See slab-wise outstanding for every party.

• Reports
Pending orders, order status, sales order summary, quotation, receipt summary, sales vs collection, target vs achievement and visited party reports.

• Target & Achievement
Track monthly and yearly sales and collection targets against achievement.

• Expenses
Record daily and travel expenses with a document photo and submit them for approval.

• Location Tracking
Managers can view a salesman's route and visited locations on the map for a selected date range.

• Tickets & Notifications
Raise support tickets with attachments and receive notifications from your company.

LOCATION AND CAMERA USE

SFA uses your location, including in the background, only after you start your day and only until you end it. This is used to record field visits, check-ins, party location tags and the distance travelled for your company's sales reports. The camera is used for day start/end, check-in/check-out, cheque and expense photos. Your data is sent only to your company's own server.
