EST-IQ enables the company to calculate the carbon footprint of surface dressing works. When used in conjunction with Asphalt-IQ's digital smartcards. EST enables fast, accurate carbon calculation of all activities associated with road surface dressing. Its unique, GPS enabled, distance tracking system allows for accurate , multi-site carbon accounting which delivers a fully auditable carbon record. Traditional asphalt carbon calculation tools are very complex and there is no single international standard model. EST-IQ's Calculator is designed to be the quickest and simplest method of evaluating the emissions from road surface dressing activities. The carbon emissions data and calculation algorithms used in EST-IQ are sourced from domestically recognized road infrastructure carbon calculation tools. Asphalt-IQ has aggregated the data into convenient, relevant, emissions categories and uses standard statistical analysis principles to present the carbon emissions total.
