Running out of space on your phone?
GuruCloud uses the free space on a computer you control to keep and browse your photos, videos, and files from Android. Your content travels directly between your devices: you do not need an account or upload it to our servers.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Install GuruNode on a Windows or Linux computer.
2. Choose the folders you want to use on that computer.
3. Pair your phone with a temporary code that you approve.

• Browse photos, videos, folders, and documents in a visual gallery.
• Upload only the files and folders you choose through Android's secure system picker.
• Keep uploads running in the background and prepare folders for synchronization.
• Reuse locally stored thumbnails on future visits.
• Play videos and choose from the available quality options.
• Save favorites and quick access folders, and connect more than one computer.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
GuruCloud requires HTTPS on your local network too and pins the identity of each GuruNode. Device credentials and pending upload jobs are encrypted on Android; jobs identify the selected node without copying a reusable node credential. The app does not request broad access to your entire gallery: you choose the files and folders it may use.
Diagnostic reports are optional and are stored on your GuruNode only when you tap “Send report”. They never attach your files or passwords.
IMPORTANT
GuruCloud is a client for GuruNode; the app alone does not include hosted storage. Your computer must remain powered on and reachable. Away-from-home access is optional and requires a compatible private network configured separately.
GuruCloud helps you access and copy files, but it is not a replacement for an independent backup.
